Housing for All 28 <br /> 3.9 Board Members with Lived Experience <br /> At least 25% of Orange County Partnership to End Homelessness, Housing Choice Voucher, and <br /> Affordable Housing Advisory Board Members are individuals who have experienced homelessness or <br /> housing insecurity themselves by June 2029. <br /> The measure is on track to meet the target by June 2029.
