We polled to see officer interest in ALERT. <br /> Low officer participation. We increased the pay for officers working ALERT operations from $45/hour to <br /> $50/hour in October. <br /> Underage buyer shortage. We reached out to Chapel Hill to share buyers. <br /> Halfway through the year our ALERT Coordinator left, and then I took over. Although this has been a <br /> challenge, it gives us the opportunity to create an efficient process that can be easily replicated. <br /> 4025 Plans/Goals: <br /> ✓ Bringing back ALE inspections. <br /> ✓ Developing an ALERT team for our corapliance operations and inspections. <br /> 127.
