Meadowmont Updates <br /> The Meadowmont store lease renews in April 2026, and we are weighing our <br /> options for renewal or relocation. Updated info will be covered in the meeting. <br /> 6. ABC Meeting in Greensboro <br /> Several board members attended the Annual ABC meeting. Many topics were <br /> discussed, and Judson was elected to be the association VP. <br /> 7. B Hawk Distillery tour* <br /> We have scheduled 2 tours of the B Hawk Distillery in Southern Pines on <br /> September 171n and 18th <br /> 8. Cedar Grove Store Rezoning Timeline <br /> The process for the Rezoning of the property has reached stage 2 with the <br /> official filing on August 8. Upcoming tentative dates below. <br /> 8-15 Orange County Accepts or Rejects the packet. <br /> Once decided a neighborhood meeting date will be established. <br /> 9-4 Earliest possible Development Advisory Committee meeting <br /> Mid-October Neighborhood meeting <br /> 11-5 Earliest possible Planning Board Recommendation <br /> January Earliest possible Public Hearing <br /> 9. Kentucky Trip 2025* <br /> We have been invited to participate in the first round of Woodford Reserve <br /> Double Oaked Single Barrel selections.
