r 7. Mid-Year Wage Adjustment: Staff recommended an increase to the entry pay rate to $16.60 for permanent employees and an additional$.75 an hour increase to all current employees. The adjustment to the entry rate will now align with the current Orange County living wage and the increase to all employees will address compression issues and adjust the salary chart. The next necessary review of the entry rate will be scheduled in two years. Increase is effective as I of January 15,2023. Estimated cost of increase is $65,000. I Discussion was held. Mid-Year Budget Amendment: i Mr. McCoy presented a budget amendment for the fiscal year 2023. Amendment includes adjustments to sales revenues and sales-related expenses, payroll and operational _ expenses and capital expenditures. (See attached budget amendment).Discussion was held.
