Law Enforcement Reports <br /> L-aw-enforcement reports-are-attached for-Chapel-Hill—and-C—arrboro-PD. <br /> 2. HVAC Maintenance Proposal Requests <br /> The board sent out requests for proposals for HVAC maintenance. This is done <br /> periodically; any changes would take place in October. <br /> S. Canned Beverage Coolers <br /> The Final 2 stores have coolers ordered for the third time and should be here <br /> soon. Fireball gave us dedicated coolers for 7 stores exclusively for their product <br /> and pictures will be available at the meeting. <br /> 4. Store Updates <br /> Small sections were recently added to the Oakdale location and the Chapel Hill <br /> North location. The Carrboro store relocated the high-end products to behind the <br /> counter on a high shelf. This left and underutilized specialty section and we are <br /> going to take out a small wall and add 2 wall shelving sections to the area to <br /> expand our product selection in the store. <br /> 6. Board Member Recommendation <br /> The recommendations were sent to Tara May with the BOCC for a new member <br /> and for a new board chair.
