Attachment"C"Comparative Statement of Monthly/Year-to-Date Retail Sales by <br /> Store (Attachment"C"): <br /> Although retail store sales were down-2.88% overall, store#006 (Durham) (up <br /> $1,953, 1.53%) and store #008 (Southern Village) (up $5,110, 7.251/o) showed positive sales <br /> growth for the month. The three primary LBD outlets (Ram's Plaza, Carrboro and Oakdale <br /> Drive/Hillsborough) had decreases in sales revenues,while Chapel Hill North(+$1,939), <br /> Mebane (+$10,878),Meadowmont (+$1,728) and Southern Village($1,524) showed <br /> increases. <br /> Consumption in the county was down by-5,224 bottles (-3.35%) in June, indicative <br /> of the summer vacation season. <br /> Only store#004 (Mebane) (+$871,006) and store #008 (Southern Village) <br /> (+$313,948) had sales greater than the previous fiscal year. The primary LBD outlet(Ram's <br /> Plaza)was down-$252,680 for the year, although the balance of LBD outlets increased <br /> $174,823 (3.41%). <br /> 4. Attachment"D"Comparative Statement of Monthly/Year-to-Date Retail Sales by <br /> Store (Attachment"C"): <br /> Of the 171 ABC boards in North Carolina, 27 boards (15.79%) generated sales more <br /> than$1 million dollars in June. Although total sales for these boards decreased -5.30%, they <br /> still accounted for 74.16%of all liquor sales in the state. Of these boards, however, only <br /> Moore County had sales greater than the previous year's (+677,172,+38.07%). <br /> Retail store sales for all boards decreased-0.19% while LBD sales were up 6.88%. <br /> Orange County ABC fell from 10 place to 18a'for the month. <br /> Action Requested: <br /> 1.
