The ongoing goal will be to create a comfortable customer environment and <br /> improve overall operations and increase staff product knowledge. <br /> Staffing Summary <br /> The Board will maintain the increased employee roster to account for increased sales,the addition <br /> I <br /> of the location in Southern Village, as well as the much larger store in Mebane. Current staffing <br /> levels fluctuate but are generally 45 Full-Time and 20 Part-Time for a total of 65 employees. We <br /> will maintain consistent staffing levels to keep customer service a high priority and add on where <br /> needed. <br /> i <br /> Changes to this budget after adoption will be accompanied by a budget amendment with changes <br /> in excess of$50,000 requiring approval by the board and changes under$50,000 requiring <br /> approval by both the Budget Officer and Finance Officer followed by a budget amendment.This <br /> budget shows the commitment of the Orange County ABC Board to go over and above statutorily <br /> required distributions to Alcohol Education and Law Enforcement.
