A motion was made by Commissioner McKee, seconded by Commissioner Fowler to <br /> increase the salary cap for the ABC General Manager to $150,000. <br /> VOTE: AYES (Commissioners Fowler, McKee, Greene, Richards, and Portie-Ascott) <br /> NAYS (Commissioners Hamilton and Bedford) <br /> 2.
