Orange County ABC Board Policy and Procedure Manual <br /> The retiree is responsible for: <br /> ➢ Complete and timely submission of the original submission. <br /> ➢ Securing and maintaining individual health insurance <br /> ➢ Supplying proof that a health insurance policy in place to the Board at time of reimbursement <br /> request. Failure to provide the necessary information may result in no reimbursement. <br /> Failure to notify the ABC board that you are eligible for other health insurance will result in <br /> immediate loss of health insurance benefits and could lead to legal action. <br /> Policy continues but no other changes are made. <br /> 4-6 10/22/2024 <br />
