Taylor Jackson <br /> is managing the implementation with a January timefiame to coordinate with the new grant <br /> submissions. <br /> • 90Degree was hired for redesign of the OC ABC website with an expected completion date of <br /> January 31, 2024. <br /> • Staff discussed a proposal for upgrading the POS system as well as back office software from <br /> the current supplier, Dalcom, The proposal is $205,000 for retail POS system and $27,000 for <br /> back office software. There was consensus from the board to move forward with signing the <br /> contract with Dalcom and to include the proposal as a budget amendment in January 2024. <br /> • Financial posters have been placed in each store and office location. <br /> • Weldon Mills distillery tours are scheduled for January 18 &25, 2024. <br /> • The allocated bourbon lotteries are expected to take place in December when all products have <br /> been received. There will be a customer,restaurant/bar and employee lottery. <br /> Health Insurance: The 2024 health renewals were within the budgeted amount therefore the board will <br /> remain with the current company, First Carolina Care. <br /> Board Comments: <br /> Ms. Fowler stated the change of county commissioner liaison will start January 2024. All board <br /> members expressed appreciation to Amy Fowler and her commitment to ABC.
