(The mid-year amendment is presented as a separate agenda item.) <br /> In summary,total sales are trending slightly above those anticipated (+2.82°/u), <br /> although they have begun to slow somewhat. <br /> With 50.45%in allocated funds remaining,payroll expenses to date are as <br /> expected. Total operating expenses are up slightly,+1.35%. Adjustments to accounts <br /> based on projections through June 30,2024 are addressed in the mid-year budget <br /> amendment. <br /> Likewise, anticipated capital outlay for the year(including newly requested <br /> repairs/improvements at stores) is included in the mid-year budget amendment agenda. <br /> Action Requested: <br /> 1.
