If this allegation is substantiated, it is a violation of the Orange County Civil Rights Ordinance. We are required by statute to send you a copy of the complaint. A copy of the complaint is enclosed for you,The alleged discriminatory practices are identified in this complaint.We have not determined whether the complaint against you has merit, Please provide a position statement and response to the Request for Information and the complaint no later than ten(10)working days after the receipt of this letter. The statement must he signed and verified (that the information contained within the statement is true and correct).
