Orange County ABC Policy and Procedure Manual <br /> Evaluations will be based on the following 5 Ratings in core competencies. The core <br /> competencies evaluated are specific to each job description and defined at the <br /> beginning of each year. Instruction and guidance will be given to full time employees on <br /> how to execute the performance process on the current software program, <br /> 5 = Consistently Exceeds Expectations <br /> 4 = Often Exceeds Expectations <br /> 3 = Meets Expectations (Most ratings will fall in this area) <br /> 2 = Needs Improvement <br /> 1 = Unsatisfactory performance <br /> Graduated performance raises based on average score <br /> Below 2.75 = 0 <br /> 2.75-2.99 = 1% <br /> 3.0-3.24 = 2% <br /> 3.25-3.59 = 3% <br /> 3.6-3.94 = 4% <br /> 3.95 & Above = 5% <br /> Any employee who has received an adverse employee action throughout the course of <br /> the year should have that accurately reflected in the final review score but if that is not <br /> the case then it will be considered whether a raise is possible on a case by case basis. <br /> All new salary increases for the performance evaluation process will take effect on the <br /> first full pay period in July. <br /> The General Manager will have final approval on all increases and the board will have <br /> final approval on any increases for the General Manager. <br /> Page 2 <br /> 8-1 3/22/2022 <br />
