Orange County ABC Board <br /> Open Meeting Board Minutes <br /> Tuesday March 16,2021 <br /> 4.Management Updates: <br /> 1.Law Enforcement:This report is required be the NCABC. <br /> 2.Store Maintenance and Repairs: The Store and office repairs/improvements are mostly <br /> complete.The front doors at the Hillsborough and Eno locations will be replaced Sunday,March <br /> 21.Parking lots will be striped and sealed at both locations in March/April on a Sunday. <br /> 3.Board Member Appointment:The Board will have one open seat on July 1 and Mr.Burns is up <br /> for his 2nd term. The Board has decided Mr. Burns,Mr. DuBios and Ms. Carter will interview <br /> applicants via Zoom meeting and the Board will make a decision in the April Meeting. <br /> 4.Mebane Project: We have a final site plan completed and,in the process,found out we have to <br /> rezone the property as our current ABC store is not on property zoned for an ABC store. We <br /> anticipate finalizing zoning, construction documents and the bidding process by May.
