Open Meeting Board Minutes <br /> Tuesday February 16,2021 <br /> 3.Board Member Appointment: The Board will have one open seat on July 1. and Mr.Burns is <br /> up for his 2nd term. We will receive applications from the B.O.C.C. office. After reviewing the <br /> applications,the board will send a recommendation for the open seat,as well as a recommendation <br /> for Mr.Burns' second term.The Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners will set a date for <br /> our recornmendations to be considered on their agenda. <br /> 4.Mebane Project:We are in the final planning stages for the exterior design for the store and are <br /> now moving to the interior.
