Orange County ABC Board <br /> ' Open Meeting Board Minutes <br /> Tuesday May 18, 2021 <br /> 4.Warehouse Updates: The warehouse has added some new racking to allow for the bulk <br /> purchases of products on sale which will require purchasing a new forklift. Each warehouse <br /> employee will receive forklift training.This training has been scheduled for June 4"'. <br /> 5.Travel Policy: The Board gets annual approval to use the county policy,so it is not necessary to <br /> use the state travel policy.Communication has begun on this annual approval and is scheduled on <br /> June 1,2021 for the Board of County Commissioner's meeting for approval. <br /> 6.Southern Village: The Board is looking in the Southern Village area each time a location <br /> becomes available that may suit our needs for a potential new store location. <br /> 7.Mebane Project: The rezoning of the property was approved and we are waiting on the approval <br /> of the constructions plans.Board may need a meeting scheduled in July to open bids for approval. <br /> 5. 2021-2022: Budget Timeline and Draft Budget: The Draft budget for fiscal year 2021-2022 was <br /> presented to the Board.Discussion was held.Final Budget approval will take place in the June 2021 Board <br /> meeting. <br /> 6. 2021-2022 Law Enforcement Funding: Funding request were reviewed, and discussion was held.
