She provided an overview of the Orange <br /> 11 County Staff Working Group (SWG), which works on current transit needs, addressing rising <br /> 12 costs, new service areas, and improving access to bus stops, park and rides, and other emerging <br /> 13 needs as the county grows. The group reviews the annual work plan and budget, consider mid- <br /> 14 range project programming and financial model updates, and develop project-level agreements. <br /> 15 <br />
