8 <br /> 4.0 REQUIREMENTS <br /> 4.1 PROSPECTIVE BUYER EXPERIENCE <br /> In its Proposal, Prospective Buyers shall demonstrate experience with the expressed purpose for the site <br /> and the operation and management of athletic field facilities with similar or greater size and complexity to <br /> Orange County's site. <br /> 4.2 REFERENCES <br /> Prospective buyers shall provide at least three (3) references for which your organization or company has <br /> provided facilities of similar size and scope to that proposed herein. Orange County may contact these <br /> users to determine Prospective Buyer's prior performance. The information obtained may be considered in <br /> the evaluation of the proposal. <br /> COMPANY NAME CONTACT NAME TELEPHONE NUMBER <br /> 5.0 SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Prospective buyers shall be a registered 501 c3 non-profit organization, and must stipulate to build, manage <br /> and operate a facility of the following basis upon purchase of the property: <br /> • The construction, operation and management of a soccer (and other similar sized) <br /> recreational playing field facility for private and public usage. Buyer agrees to operate <br /> facility under this stipulation, and that facility will be available for private and public usage <br /> to be further specified in a Memorandum of Agreement to be developed with the selected <br /> Prospective Buyer. <br /> • If at any time the buyer does not meet the stipulated and conditional uses of the property <br /> stated herein and above, or in subsequent conditions created as part of the sale, ownership <br /> of the property shall revert to Orange County. <br /> • Proposal shall address plans to perform and undertake proper maintenance and <br /> management of the facility using sustainable field management and landscaping principles. <br /> A map of the land to be considered for sale may be found in Appendix A. Prospective Buyers may submit <br /> proposals and purchase offers for all or a portion of the designated site. <br /> 6 <br />
