My degree is in English Education, which often collaborates with or incorporates <br /> arts education. My work life now is with Older adults, and visual and performing arts are a part <br /> of an engaged and active senior adult lifestyle. Personally, I enjoy the galleries and arts events <br /> in Orange County and patronize them regularly. <br /> Please explain your reasons for wanting to serve on this board <br /> I believe the arts are essential to living a complete life. <br /> How would your particpation on this board contribute to the diversity of viewpoints? <br /> I am not an artist or performer, though do have performance in my background. I am simply a <br /> patron of the arts who recognizes the value they bring to me and to people of all ages.
