(200 word limit) <br />During the project, Town staff will work to train cohort members and offer <br />them support and resources for their community-focused work. Staff will <br />also offer the use of Town facilities for workshops if needed. After the initial <br />phase of the project is complete, the Town will continue to loan out the <br />three energy efficiency kits to Carrboro residents and the trained cohort of <br />community members may choose to continue working within their <br />communities to educate residents. <br />D9.
