By removing financial barriers, we ensure
these households can receive professionally planted native trees, which
provide shade, reduce energy costs, improve air quality, and mitigate
flooding.
Indirect beneficiaries include neighbors who share in cooling and
stormwater benefits, local volunteers who gain skills in urban forestry, and
the broader community through improved climate resilience and ecological
health.
By targeting the areas most impacted by climate and environmental
inequities, this program delivers measurable environmental, health, and
social benefits to those who need them most, while fostering long-term
community pride and stewardship of the urban canopy.
Docusign Envelope ID: CB1A7685-96B7-4FBD-80E0-8CF756D5E579
