<br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 5 MISCELLANEOUS <br /> <br />A. Severability. If any provision of this Declaration is held to be invalid or unenforceable by <br />a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not effect the validity or <br />enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Declaration, all of which shall remain in <br />full force and effect as if the invalid portion had not been included <br /> <br />B. Notices. Any notice, demand, or other communication (“Notice”) required or permitted <br />under this Declaration shall be in writing and shall be given by depositing the same in the <br />United States mail, postage prepaid, addressed to the party to be notified, and sent by <br />certified or registered mail with return receipt requested, or delivered in person in person <br />to an officer or principal of party to be notified. Notice deposited in the mail in the manner <br />described above shall be effective upon mailing. Notice delivered in person shall be <br />effective upon delivery. For purposes of Notice, the addresses of the parties shall, unless <br />changed as by written notice given in accordance with this section, be as follows: <br /> <br />1.
