EXHIBIT B <br /> <br /> <br />Scope of Services <br /> <br />Services to be provided are in accordance with Habitat for Humanity of Orange County <br />Corporation 2023-24 Capital Investment Plan Funding Application and attachments. <br /> <br />Funds will be used to assist with site infrastructure and development for Auman Village at <br />Meadowlands, 1317 US 70A, Hillsborough, North Carolina, which will include seventy-five (75) <br />new units of housing in Orange County, sixty (60) of which will be affordable housing units for <br />sale to households earning between thirty percent (30%) and eighty percent (80%) of the HUD <br />area median income. <br /> <br />All improvements and/or construction will be completed in compliance with applicable state and <br />local building codes, regulations, and ordinances. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 4B02F05F-1410-4DCD-BCEE-8DD7A7B20DAF
