Hey, everyone. We're now calling this meeting to order. <br /> 25 <br /> 26 AGENDA ITEM 2: ELECTION OF CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR <br /> 27 <br /> 28 Chris Johnston: Item number two election of chair and vice chair for 2026 along with term expiration dates <br /> 29 and reappointment eligibility, there's a mouthful, by a member. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 Charity Kirk: Didn't we just do this? <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Chris Johnston: It does certainly feel like we did this very recently, but it was last year wasn't it? Time how <br /> 34 does it work? <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Statler Gilfillen: So, who wants to be chair? <br /> 37 <br /> 38 Chris Johnston: So, if you look at item number 4 in your agenda packet, we have a list of Orange County <br /> 39 Planning Board Membership and term information with a list of everyone who is currently <br /> 40 up for renewal. Delores is actually eligible for reappointment, but not seeking <br /> 41 reappointment. So that is a loss for our board there, and then myself and Jonah are up <br /> 42 for reappointment and are seeking. We have two vacant appointment slots so friends <br /> 43 anyone who wants to come and be a part of this wonderful group. <br /> 44 <br /> 45 Cy Stober: Mr. Chair, I just want to state that reappointments are entirely a discretionary matter of the <br /> 46 commissioners. We're just electing a chair and a vice chair this evening. <br /> 47 <br /> 48 Chris Johnston: Right, yes. Oh yeah. That's a good clarification, yes, no, so we're not reappointing <br /> 49 anyone I'm just saying that we have two open positions so get the word out. So, we need <br />
