The specific subject <br /> matter mentioned by Planning Board members included: <br /> • Community Septic and Wastewater Treatment; <br /> • Groundwater Resources; and <br /> • Conservation Subdivisions. <br /> On December 29, 2025 Cy Stober, Planning Director, emailed links to all of the fall 2025 <br /> work sessions and retreats to the Planning Board. Following are links to the agenda <br /> materials for the two retreats (which included the materials the Planning Board <br /> specifically requested), as well as an audio recording of Retreat 1 and video recording <br /> of Retreat 2. Please review the subject matter of your interest and come prepared to <br /> the March 4 meeting with any questions and/or items for discussion. Planning staff will <br /> answer questions at the meeting but will not present the information that was provided <br /> by subject matter experts.
