The smallest of which is 3.5 acres. The zoning would allow them to go down to 2 <br /> 318 acres. University Lake does have a 1 per 5-acre residential maximum. So, the owners commissioned survey work in March of 2024 <br /> 328 and that's when it was identified for the first time, March of'24, and then in September of <br /> 329 '24, they recorded it in at the Register of Deeds to make it an official registered document. <br /> 330 Since then, the Board of County Commissioners and the EMC at the state level have both <br /> 331 had that survey as reference for their consideration as to whether this amendment is a <br /> 332 county initiated that came out of March 2025 authorization from the Board of County <br /> 333 Commissioners. <br /> 334 <br /> 335 Chris Johnston: Okay, Jonah?
