18 <br /> Amending Agreement, except that the parties intend for the LGC to be a third-party <br /> beneficiary of the indemnification provisions of Article II. <br /> Section 3.05. Severability. If any provision of this Amending Agreement is <br /> determined to be unenforceable, that does not affect any other provision of this <br /> Amending Agreement. <br /> Section 3.06. Counterparts. This Amending Agreement may be signed in <br /> several counterparts, including separate counterparts. Each will be an original, but <br /> all of them together constitute the same instrument. <br /> Section 3.07. Definitions; Rules of Interpretation. Unless the context <br /> clearly requires otherwise, capitalized terms used as defined terms in this <br /> Amending Agreement and not otherwise defined have the meanings set forth in <br /> Exhibit B, and if not defined there will have the meanings set forth in the 2018 <br /> Agreement or the 2019A Agreement.
