The goal of our safety program is to <br /> provide a safe and injury-free workplace for our employees, to reduce risk and loss to the <br /> company and is designed according to the latest guidelines required by regulatory laws. We <br /> identify our safety program as a core component of our culture where safety comes first. <br /> To understand the hazards that may be associated with the project, the level of risk <br /> assessment is determined before the job starts. Our standards of maintaining an effective and <br /> safe workplace include: <br /> ■ Implementing current safety standards. <br /> ■ Internal announcements regarding safety topics. <br /> ■ Internal reviews of safety procedures prior to arriving at a project. <br /> ■ Reviewing safety protocols with the client and /or general contractor. <br /> ■ Taking practical steps to safeguard employees and the public from accidents. <br /> ■ Meeting OSHA, EPA, DOT, and any other applicable local, state &federal regulations. <br /> ■ On-site inspections. <br /> ■ Immediately correcting violations. <br /> ■ Initial and on-going training for all personnel. <br /> ■ Certifying all personnel as required for the task performed, including OSHA 30, <br /> equipment certifications, and Hazardous Material. <br /> Our safety program promotes the health and well-being of our employees by preventing <br /> injuries and accidents in the workplace.
