Mechanical <br /> • Remove existing chilled water pumps. <br /> • Install new pumps with VFDs, suction diffusers, triple-duty valves, and flexible <br /> connectors. <br /> • Grout pump bases and align shafts. <br /> • Insulate piping and provide heat trace if required. <br /> • Label piping per ANSI standards. <br /> 2. Electrical <br /> • Provide power to new pump motors and VFDs. <br /> • Install disconnect switches and verify grounding. <br /> • Test voltage and rotation before start-up. <br /> 3.
