Mechanical <br /> • Demolition <br /> o Disconnect and remove the existing chiller, associated piping, valves, insulation, <br /> and supports. <br /> o Drain and properly dispose of existing refrigerant per EPA guidelines. <br /> o Remove old isolation valves, strainers, and flexible connectors. <br /> o Disconnect and remove pumps P-1,2,5 <br /> • Installation <br /> o Install new chiller on existing or new housekeeping pad (verify structural <br /> adequacy). <br /> • Chiller not included in the proposal. Owner has already purchased <br /> chiller. <br /> o Provide vibration isolation pads and anchors. <br /> o Connect to existing chilled water supply and return piping; install new isolation <br /> valves, strainers, and flexible connectors. <br /> o Install new pressure/temperature ports for commissioning. <br /> o Insulate all new piping with vapor-sealed insulation and aluminum jacket. <br /> o Provide heat trace for exposed piping if required. <br /> o Install new condensate drain piping to approved discharge point. <br /> o Install new pumps P-1,2,5 <br /> o Label all piping per ANSI standards. <br /> • Testing <br /> o Pressure test piping connections. <br /> o Flush and clean chilled water loop before final connection. <br /> o Perform leak test on refrigerant circuit. <br /> o Complete factory start-up and commissioning. <br /> 2.
