Orange County Planning Board —Appointments Discussion <br /> 28 The Board discussed appointments to the Economic Development Advisory Board. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 BACKGROUND: The Planning Board studies Orange County and the surrounding areas to <br /> 31 determine objectives in the development of the County. It prepares and recommends plans to <br /> 32 achieve that development, including the suggestion of policies, ordinances, and procedures.
