Address need and any policy barriers to increase access to <br /> emergency shelter beds and other low- barrier housing including eviction diversion . <br /> Animal Services <br /> 2 . Animal Services proposes to utilize $ 1 , 044 of donated funds from the Go Fund Me <br /> campaign for Heartworm Treatment to purchase medications and supplies needed to treat <br /> dogs diagnosed with heartworm disease .
