John Roberts <br /> 16 COUNTY STAFF PRESENT. County Manager Travis Myren, Deputy County Manager Caitlin <br /> 17 Fenhagen, and Clerk to the Board Laura Jensen. (All other staff members will be identified <br /> 18 appropriately below) <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Chair Hamilton called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. All commissioners were present, <br /> 21 except Commissioner Bedford. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 1. Welcome and Opening Comments <br /> 24 Chair Hamilton welcomed everyone to the meeting. The commissioners and staff in <br /> 25 attendance introduced themselves. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Commissioner Bedford arrived at 9:01 a.m. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 2. Collaborative Board Activity <br /> 30 The commissioners put together a puzzle as a team. The puzzle was created from a <br /> 31 photograph by Kayla Pendergraft called "Short Kiss of Winter." Kayla Pendergraft's photo was <br /> 32 the 2020 Adult 2nd Place Winner in the Nature of Orange photography contest. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 3.
