Two Or More Coverage Forms Or Policies Issued <br />By Us <br />If a “loss” covered under this Coverage Part also <br />involves a “loss” to other property from the same <br />“accident,” which is covered under a Commercial <br />Property or Inland Marine Coverage Part issued by us <br />or any member company of ours for you, only the <br />highest deductible applicable to those coverages will <br />be applied to the “accident”. <br />Amendments to SECTION V — DEFINITIONS <br />The following is added to SECTION V — DEFINITIONS: <br />Q. Mental Anguish <br />(This provision does not apply in New York.) For <br />jurisdictions other than New York, the definition of <br />“bodily injury” is amended to include mental anguish <br />resulting from any bodily injury, sickness or disease <br />sustained by a person. (In New York, mental anguish <br />has been determined to be “bodily injury.”) <br />R. Permanently Attached Equipment <br />“Permanently attached equipment” means equip- <br />ment that is welded, bolted, or permanently <br />screwed to the dashboard, fire wall or body of the <br />“auto”. Equipment inserted on permanently <br />installed side brackets with or without the use of <br />setscrews or tension, or portable fire fighting <br />and/or rescue related equipment, shall not be <br />construed as “permanently attached equipment”. <br />S.
