<br /> <br />Scope of Service <br />ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability USA (ICLEI) proposes to complete the <br />following tasks: <br />● Task 1: Community-scale GHG Inventor y for 2024 <br />○ Review 2019 inventory in ClearPath for data/methodology compatibility <br />● Task 2: Municipal operations GHG Inventory for 2024 <br />○ Review 2019 inventory in ClearPath for data/methodology compatibility <br />● Task 3: Inventory report with results of above <br /> <br />Timeline <br />Data collection, entry into ClearPath emissions management software, and the analysis of the <br />findings requires three to five months of effort . This timeline is primarily dependent on the <br />availability of data and the County’s review of draft inventor y results. When data collection is <br />complete and the report has undergone a quality assurance process the report will be completed by <br />ICLEI within a 4-6 week timeframe with a minimum of 10 additional business days per revision <br />requests (maximum of two). <br /> <br />ICLEI is available to star t the project in March 2026, with completion by July 2026. <br /> <br />Task Details Expected Deliverables <br />Step 1: Data Collection <br />Draft and send Community Wide data requests: for electricity, <br />natural gas, water / wastewater, solid waste (residential and <br />commercial) and on-road vehicle miles traveled <br /> Data requests and receipt of <br />data; Research and <br />documentation of assumptions <br />As received, extract and organize data needed for ClearPath <br />community inventories <br />Data files organized in Google <br />folder <br />Step 2: GHG Inventor y Development <br />Enter factor sets and activity data into ClearPath ClearPath inventor y <br />ICLEI internal quality control review of results ClearPath inventor y <br />Discuss with County and resolve any identified problems ClearPath inventor y <br />Documentation of Assumptions in ClearPath ClearPath inventor y Notes <br />Section <br /> <br />Proposal for ICLEI USA Support: Inventory of Community-Wide Greenhouse Gas Emissions 3 <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 83D3674C-E0A6-417E-B4CD-31FD8F2F1C47
