If additional testing or corrective work is warranted, Metro Elevator will notify MBP-FS and <br />provide a separate proposal outlining the required effort. <br />2. Documentation and Reporting <br />a. Provide a summary report documenting observations, findings, and any identified <br />deficiencies. <br />Note: This assessment will be qualitative in nature and will not include invasive testing or code <br />compliance certification. <br />COMPENSATION <br />MBP-FS proposes to provide the elevator inspection services outlined in this Proposal for the fixed price <br />amount of $6,890.00. <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />Services not expressly identified in this Proposal are not included in the Proposal.
