If any of the above conditions are encountered, or any additions or changes are made by the customer, additional c harges will be made at current market prices. It shall <br />be the responsibility of the owner to advise workers of the location of any underground cables, lines, etc. If such are not m arked properly, the owner assumes responsibility for <br />them.
