Extensive background in <br />translating complex operational, staffing, and workflow data into structured analytical models <br />and actionable recommendations. <br />Demonstrated expertise in workload analysis, role alignment, process mapping, documentation <br />of current- and future-state operations, and development of sustainable staffing and efficiency <br />frameworks.
