Our team supported <br />program development, stakeholder engagement, and regional planning. This included <br />facilitation of multi-agency collaboration, data infrastructure development, and technical <br />assistance aligned with HRSA performance standards. Services include implementation of the <br />SC Cares Case Management System (a cloud-based SaaS platform designed by THT), <br />workforce development, sustainability planning, and regional technical assistance for <br />HRSA-funded demonstration programs.
