Knowledge Transfer & Capacity Building <br />To ensure long-term success, THT will facilitate a knowledge transfer session with <br />designated County staff. This session will: <br />o Train personnel on how to use and update the Dynamic Staffing & <br />Operations Model <br />o Provide walkthroughs of templates, calculations, and assumptions <br />o Review how to apply the model during budgeting, hiring, or service <br />expansion planning <br />o Ensure that clinic leadership feels confident in interpreting and applying <br />findings <br />We will also provide a Toolkit for Implementation, which includes: <br />o A Change Management Checklist <br />o Recommended Communication Templates for staff rollout <br />o Milestone Timeline for short-term and long-term actions <br />o Resource Planning Guide to align staffing recommendations with available <br />funding <br />5.
