Stakeholder Review of Draft Report <br />THT will facilitate a structured review of the Draft Staffing and Efficiency Analysis <br />Report with County leadership and clinic managers. This collaborative session will: <br />o Walk through each section of the report, focusing on findings, methodology, <br />and recommendations <br />o Solicit clarifications, feedback, or corrections from stakeholders <br />o Identify sections that require further detail or contextual adaptation <br />o Align on any proposed changes before the report is finalized <br />This step ensures that the report is not only accurate but also reflects internal <br />realities and garners broad organizational buy-in. <br />2. Revisions and Final Report Production <br />Based on the review session and feedback received, THT will revise the draft and <br />produce the Final Report, ensuring clarity, visual appeal, and actionable structure. <br />This will include: <br />o Executive Summary for external or leadership-facing use <br />o Technical narrative for internal operations and planning <br />o Appendices with modeling data, methodology, and supporting <br />documentation <br />o Clearly labeled recommendations by category (Staffing, Workflow, <br />Revenue, Technology, Compliance) with timelines and resource <br />implications <br />3.
