Workload and Service Demand Matching <br />We will map service lines (e.g., maternal health, immunizations, STI testing, dental <br />hygiene, extractions) against staffing hours to determine: <br />o If demand outpaces availability in specific service areas <br />o How staff time is distributed across high - and low-volume services <br />o Where cross-coverage is needed (e.g., float nurses, dental assistants) <br />o How mandatory programs are impacting resource allocation <br />5.
