With a <br />strong background supporting agencies like the CDC and HHS, she excels at turning public <br />health priorities into results-driven operational plans. <br />Education <br />• MSL – Master of Science in Leadership <br />• Certifications in Project Management, Human-Centered Design, and Federal Grant <br />Compliance <br />Relevant Experience <br />Ms. Eaves has led high-impact roles including: <br />• Public Health Operations Manager – Directed CDC-funded initiatives focused on <br />HIV/AIDS, vaccine access, and health equity, managing multi-agency collaboration <br />and compliance. <br />• Proposal Strategy & Implementation Specialist – Managed federal healthcare RFP <br />responses from planning to execution. <br />• Organizational Performance Advisor – Designed metrics-driven systems to boost <br />cross-sector coordination and program accountability.
