OCG.Health Department. ACS Add 1Dr RM 132 Workroom: Convergint Technologies Responsibilities: • Install ACS field devices on door to room 132 Workroom: o Card Reader (use wiremold to conceal wire as done with previous installs) o DPS (door position switch) o Rex-Pir o Locking Hardware (frame mounted door strike) • Install new enclosure and two reader control board above ceiling off-center of door. o Do not mount new equipment directly above door for safety and accessibility. o Route RS485/Data and Power from Pharmacy control board located within Pharmacy above ceiling center of door. Customer does NOT want any additional controller installed within Pharmacy. • New reader control board to enrolled into Whitted Medical: o Port 2 address 13 or higher ( 12 and below are assigned to other boards). • Programming is included. • If additional labor and/or equipment is needed due to unforeseen circumstances for the work outlined above, a change order will be provided for approval. • All Convergint Technologies provided parts and labor are warrantied for 12 months. • This proposal expires in 30 days. Customer Responsibilities: • Provide safe access to work site. • Provide access to program interface. • Customer responsible for adding door to existing or new permission levels. o Convergint can assist in the creation of levels or groups but is not to assign personnel to access levels or groups.
