Our proven track record in fleet electrification for local, regional, and state governments, as well as <br />utilities, demonstrates our capability. From day one, our staff will bring best practices, methods, and tools, <br />along with a detailed understanding of technology readiness, electrification opportunities, EV infrastructure <br />planning, fleet management and standards. Our team's expertise and pas t performance ensure we can <br />develop a robust EV Transition & Infrastructure Plan, accelerating municipal fleet EV adoption, meeting the <br />County’s environmental, climate and fiscal goals, and maximizing benefits for its community members. <br />We have assembled a team of experts backed by a deep bench of analysts and engineers, which will allow <br />us to effectively scale our resources to meet evolving project demands. In formulating the team structure for <br />this proposal, we have aligned our resources with all the requirements of the County’s scope of services. <br />We believe that the successful execution of this project requires: <br />• An accomplished leadership team possessing a comprehensive understanding of fleet <br />electrification and infrastructure planning with the capacity to navigate multiple concurrent tasks <br />involving complex analyses <br />• The competence to work autonomously while maintaining a firm grasp on how specific tasks <br />interconnect with the broader project scope and ultimately contribute to the final roadmap <br />A comprehensive organization chart is available in <br />Exhibit 2, and staff biographies are detailed in the team member qualifications section.
