EXHIBIT “B” <br />Scope of Services – FY 2025-26 <br />Outside Agency Performance Agreement <br /> <br />Agency Name: El Centro Hispano, Inc. <br />Program Name: ECH Community Support, Workforce Development, Health & Education <br />Funding Award: $44,133 <br /> <br />Outline how the agency will spend Orange County’s funding award. <br />Expense Description Amount <br />Funds will be used to cover staff time, office space rent and utilities, mileage and program <br />supplies for our Orange County operation out of our Carrboro office. <br /> $44,133 <br /> <br /> <br />Program Services <br />Outline the critical services (activities) the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes below, by June 30, 2026. <br /> <br />Services offered will be a) Education support for children and youth (early childhood reading, tutoring <br />K-12, youth leadership, parents education), b) Workforce development (jobs skills training and adult <br />literacy), c) Community Support (access to community resources and social safety net programs), d) <br />Community Health (health promotion and disease prevention outreach and screenings) <br /> <br />Orange County Strategic Plan Priority Identified in Application. Provide social safety net programming and the resources needed for our most vulnerable community <br />members (e.g. veterans, unhoused people, foster children, older adults, etc) <br /> <br />Priority 5: Public Education/Learning Community <br /> <br />1. Foster collaborative relationships with formal and informal educational organizations and agencies to <br />provide opportunities for community members to meet, connect, and learn together; <br /> <br />2. Improve school readiness and educational outcomes by providing access, training, tools, technology, <br />and other resources needed to thrive. <br /> <br />3.
