The cost recovery details of individual fees can be found in Appendix A of this report. ♦ Column C, Current Subsidy — This column shows the difference between what it costs the County to provide services versus what is being recovered in revenue for these same services. Current fees recover 35% of full cost, leaving 65%, or approximately $14.1 million, as unrecovered cost. This difference is being subsidized by other funding sources such as the General Fund.
