The County <br /> should work with WASMPBA partners to bring forward amendments to reconcile <br /> discrepancies in the WASMPBA "Primary Service Area," County Future Land <br /> Use Map (FLUM)/Zoning lines, and any discrepancies on similar municipal maps. <br /> The Town of Hillsborough is anticipated to initiate an update to the WASMPBA to <br /> ensure consistency with their adopted plans. <br /> 7. Watershed Review and Implications of County vs. State Watershed Delineations: <br /> Review the County and State watershed delineation lines and the implications of <br /> current differences, including stormwater standards. Be mindful of any lessened <br /> watershed protection measures. <br /> 8. Long-Term Planning for Potable Water and Waste Disposal: Planning for <br /> potable water and waste (wastewater and solid waste) should continue to be a <br /> topic for study (i.e., supportive infrastructure analysis) and potential discussion <br /> with public and non-profit utility providers as growth in Orange County continues. <br /> This could serve both economic development and affordable housing concerns. <br />
