The BOH asks the Board of Commissioners to consider the following <br /> recommendation: <br /> Appoint Dr. Natalicio Serrano to fill the vacant at-large position. Dr. Serrano possesses a <br /> BS, MPH, and PhD in Public Health, with a work career that includes almost 15 years of <br /> experience in community-engaged and community-based health promotion. He has a <br /> strong interest in Health Equity and lived experiences that may contribute to a diverse <br /> viewpoint of Health. <br /> Thank you on behalf of the BOH.
