Partnership to End Homelessness (OCPEH) Leadership Team <br /> • Staff connects between boards to share updates and inform of feedback. <br /> • HCV program collaborates with OCPEH with its waitlist referral and Move <br /> On initiative, which issues vouchers to clients utilizing various <br /> transitional housing options. This helps them transition from <br /> homelessness to subsidized housing without case management <br /> supports. <br /> 7.
